Daily... and since 2013... Weekly (hopefully) photos of Miami, Florida, USA. However, be amply warned!!! Sometimes, I tell the truth, other times, I may not. Sometimes, I am joking, other times, I may be serious. It may be hard for you to tell... So if I offend you, I am joking or not telling you the truth. But my photos are all real because I do not doctor them.

Go Canes!
Today marks the first game of college football for the University of Miami: the Miami Hurricanes. We play at home and host the visiting team Marshall (a less well known adversary, but you always have to be vigilant because they can beat you if you are too over confident.) In the steaming heat of 95 degree F under the baking tropical sun inside the historical Orange Bowl stadium, 35,000+ students, faculty and fans came to enjoy a first kill: Canes 31 - Marshall 3 as it says loudly on the scoreboard sign at the end of the game. The skyline in the background is downtown Miami.
One day, I'll watch an American football match. Love the orange see of people.
ReplyDeleteYou must. But it's much more fun with college football, and not the professional ones called NFL. The college games are NCAA games. It's FUN, FUN, FUN! The sea of orange you see shows the student section. They are very vocal (with some help from the beer) and for this game, everyone was supposed to wear orange.
