Daily... and since 2013... Weekly (hopefully) photos of Miami, Florida, USA. However, be amply warned!!! Sometimes, I tell the truth, other times, I may not. Sometimes, I am joking, other times, I may be serious. It may be hard for you to tell... So if I offend you, I am joking or not telling you the truth. But my photos are all real because I do not doctor them.

Sub-Tropical Jungle
It's a jungle out there! This shot shows you how wild vegetation can get in Miami. Left untouched (meaning untrimmed) growth can be substantial over time. Along this fence are sugar apples, longans, mango and avocado trees, all competing for growth. The fruit trees dwarf the 5 foot heliconia bush at the lower left, and these trees were trimmed just two years ago.
When I see such wildness I always think about the first peoples who traveled and lived on our earth, leaving the vegetation undisturbed, somehow making their livings in unity with the great Mother Earth.
