No Gobble, Gobble?

In the US, today is Thanksgiving day when families gather to give thanks and have dinner together. Tradition calls for the obligatory turkey meal. Another tradition I follow is I pardon my turkey. No gobble, gobble here. Today is the day that I think the entire country of the United of America suffers indigestion. All troubles are momentarily forgotten, until tomorrow.

Come 'n Get It

  2. I know the spring roll and I would make it if I had a good recipe. But what are the other dishes.

  3. I am an invitee, but the cook is excellent: the foreground is the snack that I know tog loves-shrimp based galette/cracker (yummy good) - fried Vietnamese rolls - left is delicious shrimp/pork salad - same row is uncooked beef (I don't touch that!) Traditionally, it should be uncooked pork! Not for me! Next row is delicious kebab. Can't tell if it's beef or pork cause it's so tender and good. The paper bowls are for asparagus based soup + mushroom + lotus seeds w/ game hen/duck. Then the table repeats for its length. I ate everything except the uncooked yucky, which amazingly is the most favorite dish for all the other invitees and the hosts. Too much wine!
