I can't tell where the time went, but I am very much behind to get things I need to do done! I really need to catch up with my blog. I do have photos, the problem is to get them here! So here is a restart... This is my love, a white lotus. Alas! This is still very elusive to call my own because I am having a tough time to grow my own lotus. So close yet so far!
This is the time that the lotus are actively growing. Here is another incubator in full Miami sun. New leaves arrive quite fast and I would like to know how a leaf would decide to push itself away from staying on the surface of the water. The new leaf on the right seems to do that. Life is full of mystery.
One of the many bonuses that comes with living in Miami is you get to see cars like this one. I always regret not to wait until I see the owner to ask how something like this can be done to my car. You know what I would have painted on mine? Lotus! What else? Just like Monet's paintings, but instead of water lilies, the pond would be full of lotus flowers.
