Get Off My Rear End

I was driving on a busy commuting morning today and I was very nervous watching the guy in the car behind me. He was very animatedly yelling on his cell phone and he was just about to hit me in my rear end... or gave me the clear impression that he would do that very soon. Driving in Miami is so stressful. Every driver is on the cell phone. I think they should pass the law to heavily fine these nut cases and the county budget will surely be in the black.
