School Zone
Today's morning is wet due to scattered early showers. Forecast calls for rain on and off the entire week this week. The local weather service is getting pretty good and they are generally quite reliable. This is traffic at about 8:30 AM on Red Road (SW 57th Avenue) where it intersects Old Cutler Road a bit further down. There are a couple of schools here and the speed limit is 15 MPH (miles per hour) enforced by the presence of this police officer in red rain gear directing traffic. The Northbound side on the left is congested and the commuters are getting to work at the University of Miami or downtown Miami, which is a long and slow drive away. If you don't know Miami, you may want to learn that we heavily depend on our cars here because of our practically non existent public transportation. You can't live without your cars here!
